1. Return Eligibility

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following specific circumstances:

• Damaged or Defective Product
The product received is damaged or defective.

• Incorrect Product Delivered
An incorrect item has been delivered.

• Incorrect Size Delivered
The size delivered differs from the size ordered.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Personal colour preferences
• General size adjustments
• Change of mind

2. How to Request a Return

Timeframe

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ilandhalir.aadaiyagam@gmail.com.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

Kindly share a continuous unboxing video recorded from the very beginning, clearly showing the outer parcel and shipping label. The video must be recorded without any cuts, edits, or pauses.

Item Condition

The product must remain unused and unwashed and must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Shipping & Processing

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the return is explicitly approved due to an error on our part.

Return Address

Once your return request is approved, the item should be dispatched to the return address provided by our support team.

Refund / Replacement Timeline

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the replacement or refund within 7 to 15 working days.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
